Effective Date: 2026-10-27 (upon publication of this revised version) Last Updated: 2026-10-27 Version: 2.0 Operator: My Clinical Compass LLC Website: myclinicalcompass.com

1. Our Privacy Commitment

My Clinical Compass respects your privacy. We collect information to operate our educational platform, provide learning tools, maintain accounts, evaluate learning progress, respond to inquiries, and improve our services.

My Clinical Compass does not sell users' personal information.

This commitment does not mean that information is never processed by third-party service providers. Those arrangements are described below.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Account information: email address, name when provided, authentication information, and account preferences.
  • Educational activity: study sessions, question responses, learning progress, performance measures, saved resources, flashcards, and certification-readiness indicators.
  • AI interactions: questions, prompts, conversations with The Guide, and related generated responses.
  • Career tools: aptitude-assessment responses and generated career recommendations.
  • Feedback and inquiries: messages, ratings, page URLs, device details, support requests, and information submitted through organizational inquiry forms, including business contact information.
  • Technical and marketing information: browser and device information, usage events, local storage, referral sources, campaign identifiers, and advertising click identifiers such as UTM parameters, GCLID, and MSCLKID.

We do not intentionally request identifiable patient information or medical records.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create, authenticate, and maintain accounts.
  • Provide educational resources and personalized learning features.
  • Track progress and support study recommendations.
  • Operate AI-assisted learning features.
  • Respond to support, feedback, and organization inquiries.
  • Maintain security and investigate misuse.
  • Understand website performance, referral sources, and user engagement.
  • Improve educational content and platform functionality.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Base44 and AI Service Providers

My Clinical Compass uses Base44 for website infrastructure and certain application services, including AI-related functionality.

Base44 has informed us in writing that workspace data on its Builder plan may be used for AI model training. Its documented exclusion from such training applies to Enterprise plans, not Builder plans.

Consequently, we cannot guarantee that information processed through Base44 on our current plan is excluded from AI training.

Base44 has identified OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google as AI subprocessors. Additional service providers may be involved depending on platform configuration. We do not currently have a verified contractual guarantee of zero retention or training exclusion for every downstream provider.

Users should not enter identifiable patient information, confidential employer information, financial credentials, or other sensitive personal information into The Guide or other AI features.

We will update this disclosure if our provider arrangements or contractual protections change.

5. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share information with service providers as necessary to operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, and AI-processing services.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a lawful business transaction subject to applicable requirements.

We do not intentionally publish individual users' private learning records.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

The website may use cookies, local storage, and analytics technologies for authentication, functionality, performance measurement, and referral attribution.

Certain advertising or analytics technologies may require additional notices or user choices under applicable law. We will provide those controls where required and will update this Policy when tracking practices materially change.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining accounts, educational history, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Retention and deletion by Base44 or third-party AI providers may be governed by their own technical capabilities and contractual terms. We do not promise immediate deletion from every provider or backup.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the services provided, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to identity verification, applicable law, technical limitations, and legitimate retention obligations.

We will respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable requirements.

We do not currently represent that a self-service account-deletion control is available.

For privacy requests, contact legal@myclinicalcompass.com.

9. Age Requirement

My Clinical Compass accounts and account-based services are intended for adults aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly permit account registration by individuals under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to an ineligible minor, we will take appropriate steps to restrict the account and address the associated information.

10. Patient Privacy

My Clinical Compass is an educational platform, not an electronic medical-record system or patient-care service.

Do not submit patient identifiers, medical records, or protected health information. If such information is submitted inadvertently, contact us so we can evaluate appropriate handling and removal.

11. Changes and Contact

We may revise this Privacy Policy as our platform, technology, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
