Community features on My Clinical Compass remain closed or in development. The following will be completed before Community launches:
- Community Guidelines
- User-generated content rules
- Moderation policy
- Reporting procedures
Until these are finalized and Community is activated, no public community features are available.

The following provisions will be supplied after legal review and are not yet in effect:
- Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waivers
- Governing law and venue
- Limitations of liability and liability caps
- Indemnification
- Data-retention periods
- Children's consent and age requirements
- State-specific consumer privacy rights
- International data transfers
- HIPAA and FERPA compliance representations
My Clinical Compass is not represented as HIPAA-compliant or FERPA-compliant merely because users are instructed not to enter patient or student education information. These compliance frameworks will be addressed separately if and as applicable.
