Free Beta Program Terms

My Clinical Compass is initially launching as a free beta. By participating, you acknowledge that during the beta:

  • Features may change.
  • Content may change.
  • Some areas may remain under development.
  • Bugs or interruptions may occur.
  • Features may be added or removed.
  • Access to individual beta features is not guaranteed indefinitely.
  • Feedback may be used to improve My Clinical Compass.

No Charge During Beta

Beta access is currently free. My Clinical Compass will not charge users during the beta through this program. Future paid subscriptions, if introduced, will be implemented separately with their own subscription agreement, pricing disclosure, recurring billing authorization, renewal terms, cancellation policy, refund policy, and trial terms.

No Guarantee of Continuation

Participation in the beta does not guarantee permanent access to any specific feature or to the platform itself.

The following provisions will be supplied after legal review and are not yet in effect:

  • Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waivers
  • Governing law and venue
  • Limitations of liability and liability caps
  • Indemnification
  • Data-retention periods
  • Children's consent and age requirements
  • State-specific consumer privacy rights
  • International data transfers
  • HIPAA and FERPA compliance representations

My Clinical Compass is not represented as HIPAA-compliant or FERPA-compliant merely because users are instructed not to enter patient or student education information. These compliance frameworks will be addressed separately if and as applicable.
