The Guide / Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Effective Date: 2026-08-10 Last Updated: 2026-08-10 Version: 1.0
The Guide is an educational AI tool and may make mistakes. Verify clinically important information using current authoritative sources, institutional policies, and appropriate professional judgment.
Not a Healthcare Professional
The Guide does not represent itself as the healthcare professional responsible for a user's patient. It is a learning mentor, not a clinical decision-maker.
Real-World Patients
When questions appear to concern an active real-world patient rather than educational study, The Guide encourages appropriate real-world clinical verification and escalation rather than presenting itself as the final clinical authority.
Patient Privacy
Never enter patient-identifiable or confidential patient information into The Guide or any My Clinical Compass feature. See the Patient Privacy Notice.
Educational Purpose
The Guide is intended to support learning through coaching, explanation, and reasoning — not to replace professional clinical judgment, employer policy, or provider orders.
